Unique benefits for the employees at AFC
- Enhance EPF – It’s a private provident fund where the employee can get the total provident within 2months by completing the clearance process after providing the resignations. Members will contribute 10% from the salary and the Company will contribute 20% from the salary each month where the employee gets a benefit of 10% more than the normal rate.
- Gratuity – Higher gratuity amount entitled with respective service years. (10-15 years full salary per each complete year, 15-20 years 1.5 salaries per each complete year & over 25 years 2 salaries per each complete year)
