- 3yrs - 13.95% pa
- 4yrs to 5yrs - 14.5% pa
CHARGES
- Stamp duty - 0.1% of the loan facility
- Documentation fee - LKR 7,500/- per application (Flat rate regardless of loan amount)
- Loan Protection Policy charges
ELIGIBILITY
- Permenant employee of an organization
- Holding a position of Executive or Managerial grade
- Drawing a monthly salary of LKR 60k or above
- Clear CRIB and acceptable repayment capacity

- A Representative will guide you through the application process
- Fill out the application form and hand over with all required documents
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO APPLY
- Copy of National ID card
- Utility Bill as a proof of address
- Letter from the Employer indicating salary details, job and designation
- 03 months pay sheets indicating basic salary, fixed allowances, variable allowances and take home salary
- Documents to prove other loan deductions
- 03 months bank statements
- 03 months credit card statements
SECURITY DOCUMENTS
Loans over LKR 1Mn and If the customer requesting a loan of LKR 500,000/- or more and is over 50 years of age
- Loan Agreement
- Letter of Offer
- Promissory Note
- Guarantor for exposures above LKR 500,000/-
- Duly signed Loan Protection Policy for
REPAYMENT PERIOD
- Repayable monthly from 1 to 5 years, with no grace period
